FailedMessiah.com had a long established history of reliable journalism and controversial opinions. Out of that grew an extraordinary following. Mr. Rosenberg’s articles were quoted in numerous papers and Journals. He became known as one of the most prolific and influential writers of the last 15 years, shedding light on the Haredi/Hasidic community, with a particular focus on the Satmar Hasidic group.
Lost Messiah initially began as a joint collaboration to carry on the legacy of Shmarya Rosenberg’s FailedMessiah. We wanted him to know that his 11 years of work would continue. We have since come to realize that our identity has been defined not only by his legacy but by the contributions of our readers and the efforts of a worldwide community of people who want to make the world a better place.
We hope to be a source of information, a call for unity amongst the Jewish communities. We endeavor to create a foundation for building bridges currently being decimated by the actions and misdeeds of the Haredi/Hasidic communities in areas like Lakewood, New Jersey, Tom’s River, New Jersey, Borough Park, Brooklyn, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Saratoga, and in countries like Israel, Austrailia and Belgium.
